1. Late arrivals permissible are three for a month, and trainee should be here latest by 15 minutes or else trainee is considered to be absent.

2. A trainee who absents himself/herself for ten or more days without leave letter will have his/her name struck off the rolls.

3. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home works, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff, bad moral influence, and unsatisfactory conduct in or out of the training center or habitual unsatisfactory work justify dismissal of trainee without any notice.

4. The training center cannot be held responsible for personal injury to a trainee or for any damage or loss of personal belongings, the trainee must take care of his/her personal belongings.

5. Parents are requested not to contact teachers of the training center, during class hours. Parents who seek any information should approach the Principal.

6. Trainees are expected to keep their class rooms, workshops and other rooms clean and in order. It is forbidden to write or scribble on the walls or on the furniture to throw paper around or spill ink in the class room or damage the training centre property. Damages done must be paid for at the discretion of the Principal.

7. Trainees are not allowed to undertake any work other than what is given to them by their instructors.

8. Trainees are strictly forbidden from taking part in strikes, political or other organizations likely to result in violence or cause communal disturbance. Those who take part in such activities will be dismissed without any notice. Trainees are prohibited from organizing or attending unauthorized meetings in the institute, distribute notices or collect money or contributions for any purpose without the permission of the Principal.

9. Monthly test will be conducted during the last week of every month or on convenient days intimated by the concerned instructors.

10. Trainees, who are absent during any monthly test for any reason whatsoever, must meet the Principal with their parents before they enter their class on the following day.

11. All documents once submitted will not be returned until the course is over and fee dues are cleared.

  1. You are responsible for your own safety and safety of others.
  2. Wear personal protective equipment necessary for the Job.
  3. Always use equipments / tools / machinery safely and properly.
  4. Use appropriate tools for appropriate work.
  5. Avoid touching electrical equipment with wet hands.
  6. Do not operate any machine/ equipment /circuitry until you possess enough knowledge about it.
  7. Always get the guidance from the Instructor before operating any circuitry/ Machines.
  8. Wear appropriate and safe work clothing and footwear. Lift weight properly bending your legs and not your back.
  9. Do not run around in the workshop
  10. Keep your work area clean.

Daily Routine

1. Daily assembly is at 8.50 AM and it is compulsory for everyone.

2. Before entering into the class trainee should wear proper uniform including ID card.

3. Class Timings : 8.45 AM to 12.00 PM and 12.45 PM to 4.00 PM

4. Break timings : 

Morning           10.50 AM to 11.00 AM 
Lunch Break   12:00 PM to 12:45 PM
Afternoon         2.45 PM to 3.00 PM
